About Me
If you grew up in a family where you had to read the room, stay one step ahead, or be “the responsible one,” you’re not imagining how much energy that takes.
I work with adults who learned those skills early — often in families shaped by narcissistic or emotionally unsafe dynamics — and who are now realizing that what once helped them survive is quietly exhausting them.
I don’t believe there’s anything wrong with you.
I believe you adapted intelligently to an environment that required it.
How I Approach This Work
My work isn’t about digging endlessly into the past or pushing you to relive experiences you’ve already thought about a hundred times.
It’s about slowing things down enough for your nervous system to finally feel safe — and then gently helping you loosen the patterns that no longer fit who you are now.
Some people need insight.
Most people need integration.
That’s where my focus is.
A Little About My Path
I’ve spent over 15 years working as a educator and counselor, and I’m trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Rapid Transformational Coaching (RTC).
But just as important, I understand these dynamics from the inside.
I know what it’s like to grow up navigating unspoken expectations, emotional unpredictability, and the quiet pressure to be capable at all costs. That lived understanding shapes how I show up — with care, steadiness, and respect for your pace.
Who This Work Tends to Help Most
This work tends to resonate with women who are outwardly capable, inwardly tired, and ready for something to shift — not through force, but through understanding and support.
If you’re looking for quick fixes or surface-level motivation, this probably isn’t the right fit.
If you’re ready for thoughtful, private work that honors your nervous system and your history, we may work well together.
If You’re Curious About Next Steps
You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet.
If something here feels familiar, that’s enough to start a conversation.
