About Me
If you grew up in a family where you had to read the room, stay one step ahead, or be the responsible one —
You're not imagining how much energy that takes.
And you're not alone.
I work with adults who learned those skills early — often in families shaped by narcissistic or emotionally unsafe dynamics — and who are now realizing that what once helped them survive is quietly, steadily exhausting them.
I don't believe there's anything wrong with you.
I believe you adapted intelligently to an environment that required it.
And I believe those adaptations can be gently, safely released — so you can finally live from a place of clarity and confidence instead of quiet survival.
How I Approach This Work
My work isn't about talking endlessly in circles or sitting with pain just for the sake of processing it.
But I want to be honest with you — sometimes we do go back.
Using a gentle regression process we may revisit scenes or moments from your past that are connected to what you're experiencing today. Not to retraumatize. Not to dwell. But because that's often where the root lives — and that's where the real shift happens.
Think of it less like reopening a wound and more like finally being able to tend to one that never fully healed.
You won't be doing this alone. I'll be with you every step — guiding, supporting, and making sure your nervous system feels safe throughout. We only go as far as is helpful. And we always come back to solid ground.
Some people need insight. Most people need integration.
That's where my focus is.
Using a powerful blend of RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), RTC coaching, CBT, NLP, and hypnotherapy — a deep, safe relaxation of your nervous system, never control — we work together at the subconscious level to create shifts that are real, lasting, and genuinely yours.
A Little About My Path
I came to this work the long way around. And I think that's exactly why it works.
I spent over 15 years as an educator and rehabilitation counselor — sitting with people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and learning what actually helps versus what just sounds helpful.
But the part that shapes this work most deeply isn't in my credentials.
It's that I understand these dynamics from the inside.
I know what it feels like to grow up navigating unspoken expectations and emotional unpredictability. To be capable on the outside while something quietly aches on the inside. To spend years being strong for everyone else and wonder when it will finally feel like enough.
That lived understanding is what I bring into every session — alongside the training, the tools, and the genuine belief that you can change. Not someday. Now.
Who This Work Tends to Help Most
This work tends to resonate with women who are outwardly capable, inwardly tired, and ready for something to genuinely shift — not through force or willpower, but through understanding, safety, and steady support.
If you're looking for quick fixes or surface-level motivation, this probably isn't the right fit — and I'll always be honest about that.
If you're ready for thoughtful, private work that honors your nervous system and your history — we may work very well together.
