You Learned How to Survive.

Now you’re ready to live. Growing up with a narcissistic or emotionally unsafe adult often meant learning to stay alert, accommodate others, and put your own needs last — not because something was wrong with you, but because it kept you safe. As an adult, those same patterns can show up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, or a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself.

Reclaim is a private, individualized experience designed to help you gently release these patterns and return to a grounded, confident sense of self.

This Is Not Traditional Therapy

Reclaim is a focused, 1:1 healing experience that works at the subconscious and nervous-system level, without requiring you to relive the past or explain your story over and over again. We utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Plasticity), and Hypnotherapy (Relaxation of your nervous system--not control!) to help you learn why you act the way you do, and how to have a different response moving forward. 

This is a space where:

This experience is not intended for crisis situations, but for those ready for deep, steady healing in a supportive 1:1 setting.
